The Cellars of San Martino are a race of the season, now joined in the tradition of the City of Fossato di Vico, to teach the young wine and vintage as well, of course, to traditional cuisine, the inevitable roast, to delicious desserts, and other typical products of the Park of Monte Cucco. The festival runs throughout the Old Town, the urban route called "Wrinkles," a rare example of thirteenth-century castle architecture, through the picturesque streets of the medieval village, to the Prisons. Since 1996 the festival has been extended with an additional appointment, the race of the new wine and the wine of "vintage, evaluated by a committee of leading scientists.
Another novelty introduced in "2009 edition, was the" insert all the way to a photo exhibition, an extraordinary collection of historical images of the Ditch, places, faces, scenes of daily life related to a past that is still alive memory and that will develop in future editions.
